Delivery
On confirmation of your order we will dispatch your order to you next business day. Each and every step of the way we will email you letting you know that your order has been send to you and an expected arrival date and time of your order.
If there are any problems along the way we will contact you immediately either by telephone, e-mail or fax, to notify you of any difficulties that might have happened.
All our orders will be sent out Australian-wide using registered express post. All international orders will be shipped using DHL.
All our goods come in protective packaging so as no damage or markings should be visible on your products. If you have any concerns over your purchased products and/or to arrange alternative delivery information then please let us know.

Payment Information
Perfumecart currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dinners Club, Direct Deposit, Money Orders, Bank Cheque and Paypal Payment.
For bank cheque or money order payments please attach a print out of the confirmation email to your letter so that we can recognise who is making the payment.
You must enter the order number or surname as a reference for your bank transfer. Otherwise we cannot track your funds sent to our account and no order will be processed. If you can't put a reference please email us at info@perfumecart.com.au and let us know when and how you paid.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product for any reason Perfumecart is happy to refund your money, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging. We will also refund you back any cost in sending us back the returned goods. We will not provide a refund for incorrect product choices at time of ordering.
Warranty
No refunds will be made for incorrect choice. All our products are the 100% Genuine. We are 100% satisfied with our quality procedures that we will REFUND your money completely if you are not 100% satisfied with the authenticity of the product. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.

Please be aware that we will not honour points or affiliate commissions if a one of our promo codes has been used on checkout.
Customer Service Policy

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
