1. Are all your products genuine?
Definitely, 100% guaranteed! We guarantee that all products sold on our site are the real deal from the manufacture. We pride ourselves in customer retention and believe you guys to be the most important aspect of our business. If you have any doubts or problems with the products bought from our site then we guarantee to repay you in FULL.
2. Where do your goods come from?
All of our goods are sourced from only 1 distributor here in Australia. They service more than 30 retails shops around Australia and are well known by major perfume houses and authorities.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not. We are an Australian company that was established only to service the domestic market.
4. Do I need to register before I buy?
Yes, for security purposes but also to help you the make your next purchase easier. If you do not wish any future promotional material from us simply leave the promotional material box not ticked.
5. Why are your prices so cheap?
Our prices are so cheap because we do not pay for storage costs, retail overheads and staff costs. Also because we buy in bulk at wholesaler prices. We would much rather make smaller amounts of money on an order and keep a customer happy so that they come back to us again and again.
6. How do I order?
It's very simple! Browse for the perfumes you would like, click on add to basket and when your done shopping click on the checkout button and follow the prompts. All the payments options we have are listed here.
7. Can you get a perfume for me that is not listed on your site?
We can definitely try our best and will let you know if we can get it for you or not. Our stock is always changing so keep an eye out for the latest stock being added to the site.
8. How will I know the progress on my order?
Unlike other sites we believe in an open door policy. Because we are not knew to online selling we realise the most important aspect of the purchase is information exchange. it is important for us that you know there are REAL people at the end of this computer handling your request and not some computer. if at any time you wish to know anything about your order or anything else about our site then please do not hesitate to send us an email or phone us on our mobiles. 9. How long does it take to receive my goods?
Usually within 3-6 working days after payment has been received but if there is any delay for any reason we will notify you ASAP. At Checkout, please make sure you have entered the correct delivery details where your goods will be delivered to.
10. Do I need a credit card to purchase from your site?
Not necessarily. Apart from credit cards we accept direct deposit, pay pal, money order, and Cheque. Since we need funds to be cleared before your order is processed we do recommend credit card for faster deliveries, otherwise if you don't mind waiting a few extra days then our other options are most welcome. We can also do manual payments via phone or fax also if you prefer.
11. How much is delivery?
Delivery to any where in Australia is $5.00 per item.
12. What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?
Delivery within Australia is provided by Australia Post registered mail. If you are not home when Australia Post attempts delivery, you will receive a notice advising of attempted delivery. Australia Post will then keep your parcel at your nearest Australia Post Office until you can pick it up.
