Once we receive confirmation of your payment. We will attempt to dispatch your order by the next business day. We will keep you informed each and every step of the way and will email you letting you know that your order has been sent and also an expected arrival date.

If there are any problems along the way we will contact you immediately either by telephone e-mail or fax, to notify you of any possible delay that might have occurred.

All our orders are sent out Australian-wide using Australia Post’s E-Parcel Service. We do not ship internationally.

The cost of delivery is a flat $5 per product for postage anywhere within Australia. If you purchase 4 or more items on an order, postage is FREE anywhere in Australia.

All our goods are shipped in protective packaging.
